- • Ceremony set up: putting out programs, reserved signs, and décor if needed.
- • Reception set up: table numbers, setting out decor, and any personal items (guest book,
card box, seating chart) - • Ceremony coordination: making sure all vendors are there, and where they are
supposed to be, making sure ceremony starts on time, keeping bridal party in right order,
help guests with anything they may need - • “go to” person for the whole day in case anything goes wrong, or anyone needs
anything. - • Reception coordination: Making sure all vendors are there, and where they are
supposed to be, keeping bridal party, and vendors on time, coordinating with catering to
make sure dinner starts on time, help lining up bridal party for introductions
centerpieces, etc.
*The day of your wedding will include a team of at least 2 and up to 5 depending on the scale of your wedding. This is to ensure that your wedding day runs as smoothly as possible. Every team member will be completely educated on the details of your wedding, so nothing is missed. You’ll never have to wonder if everything is going as planned.
*Everything included in the wedding management package is to ensure that we can make your wedding day as perfect as possible. Contacting your vendors, designing the wedding day timeline, and attending wedding rehearsal guarantees that we have all the resources to execute your wedding day perfectly.
